Kid's Snack- Dessert Nachos!

What you need-
Flour tortillas, any size
Bananas
Strawberries
Chocolate syrup
Cinnamon /sugar mixture
Pam

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Cut tortillas in whatever shapes you like.  We did hearts.
2. Lightly coat each of the chips with Pam cooking spray.  Bake for 10-15 mins.
3. While the chips are cooking, take your bananas and strawberries and slice them up.
4. Prepare your plate with a drizzle of the chocolate syrup.  Add about half of the bananas and strawberries on top of the chocolate.
5.  When the chips are crispy, take them out and VERY lightly spray with more Pam.  I am serious when I say just VERY lightly.  Sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar mix.
6. Put the chips on top of the strawberries and bananas, then top off with the remaining strawberries and bananas.  As a delicious finish to the dish, drizzle with more chocolate syrup.

Kid's Snack- Mini S'mores

S'mores are probably the best snack ever created, but creating these magnificent marshmellow and chocolate sandwiches is far from practical for everyday.  Well, fret not, you can still enjoy these amazing flavors with just a few minutes in the kitchen.

Take some vanilla wafers, and spread some nutella on them.  Add three mini-marshmellows and then top with another wafer. Pop these little guys in the oven (heated at about 400*F) for just a few minutes, and enjoy.

These snacks are great for movie night, slumber parties, or even birthday parties.

The BEST Chocolate Fudge! Cheap and Easy!!

This recipe was handed down from my Grandma to my mom, and now to me.  It is very tasty fudge for the whole family, and SUPER easy to make, if you can open a can, turn on a stove and stir!!!

Ingredients
    * 3 cups (18 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    * 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
    * Dash salt
    * 1/2 to 1 cups chopped nuts (optional)
    * 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
 * LINE 8- or 9-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan.
    * MELT chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt in heavy saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
    * CHILL 2 hours or until firm. Remove from pan by lifting edges of foil. Cut into squares.
    MICROWAVE METHOD
    * COMBINE chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt in 1-quart glass measure. Cook on HIGH (100% power) 3 minutes or until chips are melted, stirring after 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Proceed as above.
    VARIATIONS
    * CREAMY DARK CHOCOLATE FUDGE: MELT 2 cups miniature marshmallows with chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Proceed as above.
    * MILK CHOCOLATE FUDGE: OMIT 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. Add 1 cup milk chocolate chips. Proceed as above.
    * CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CHIP GLAZED FUDGE: FOLLOW above recipe using 3/4 cup peanut butter chips instead of nuts. For glaze, melt 1/2 cup peanut butter chips with 1/2 cup heavy cream. Stir until thick and smooth. Spread over chilled fudge.
